Our wheels and refurbishment work are backed by a comprehensive warranty, ensuring you can drive with complete confidence.

1. Alloy Wheel Warranty

All brand-new alloy wheels purchased from SM Wheels are covered by a 12-month structural warranty from the date of purchase.

This warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship

  • Structural cracks or faults under normal driving conditions

  • Paint or finish defects (excluding damage caused by external factors)

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by accidents, kerb impact, road hazards, or improper fitting

  • Corrosion due to neglect, use of harsh chemicals, or lack of maintenance

  • Alterations, repainting, or modifications performed outside SM Wheels

2. Refurbishment & Repair Warranty

Our refurbishment and repair work is covered by a 6-month workmanship warranty.
We take pride in our craftsmanship and use only premium materials to ensure long-lasting results.

Covered under this warranty:

  • Peeling or bubbling of the finish (under normal use)

  • Premature corrosion or coating failure due to application errors

Not covered:

  • Stone chips, kerb damage, or chemical corrosion

  • Damage from third-party tyre fitting or improper handling

3. Warranty Claim Process

If you believe your product qualifies for a warranty claim:

  1. Contact us via info@sm-wheels.com with your order number and detailed photos of the issue.

  2. Our team will assess your claim and advise on the next steps within 2–3 business days.

  3. Approved claims will be resolved through repair, replacement, or partial refund, depending on the nature of the issue.

4. Customer Responsibility

To keep your warranty valid, ensure that:

  • Wheels are fitted by qualified professionals.

  • Regular cleaning and care are maintained (avoid acidic or abrasive cleaners).

  • Any issues are reported immediately upon detection.
